1. Program Overview
Before the Apple provides educational content, coaching, mentorship, live sessions, digital resources, and community-based support focused on leadership, discipline, mindset, faith, relationships, health, and personal development.
We reserve the right to update, modify, improve, or discontinue any aspect of the program, community, content, structure, or services at any time.
2. Eligibility
By participating in Before the Apple, you confirm that:

We do not guarantee specific financial, relational, physical, emotional, spiritual, or personal outcomes.

You accept full responsibility for your actions, decisions, and results arising from participation in the program.
4. No Professional Advice
Before the Apple does not provide licensed medical, psychological, legal, financial, or clinical counseling services.

5. Payments and Billing
All payments must be made in full according to the selected payment option at checkout.
By enrolling, you authorize Dutton Mindset Consulting to process payments using your selected payment method.
Failure to complete payment obligations may result in suspension or termination of access to the program and community.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital, educational, and community-based nature of Before the Apple, all sales are final.
No refunds, partial refunds, or chargebacks will be issued unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing by Dutton Mindset Consulting.
By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to the Refund Policy.
7. Community Conduct
We are committed to maintaining a respectful, growth-focused environment.
By participating, you agree not to:
Harass, threaten, or abuse other members
Share hateful, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
Disrupt community sessions or discussions
Misrepresent yourself or your intentions
Share confidential or proprietary information from the program externally
We reserve the right to remove or revoke access to any participant who violates these standards without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All program materials, videos, frameworks, training content, branding, downloads, documents, recordings, and resources are the intellectual property of Dutton Mindset Consulting unless otherwise stated.
You may not:

Resell
Record
Copy
Share
Republish
any program content without prior written permission.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
9. Confidentiality
Participants may share personal experiences within the community environment.
You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members and not publicly disclose private conversations, materials, or participant information without consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dutton Mindset Consulting and its affiliates, owners, employees, contractors, or representatives shall not be liable for:
Any indirect or consequential damages
Loss of income or profits
Emotional distress
Personal decisions made by participants
Business outcomes
Relationship outcomes
Health outcomes
Participation in Before the Apple is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion and responsibility.
11. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Before the Apple at any time for:
Violation of these Terms
Harmful behavior
Abuse of the platform or community
Payment failure
Conduct inconsistent with the values of the program
Termination does not entitle the participant to any refund.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in Before the Apple after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
